Yes, You Can Sue Him

No sign of that bastard again today. Perhaps he really went to work in Bukit batok area now. If he did start working in the 1st place.

Currently, the 2 biggest information gap regarding Ah Ji, is when he is going to get his hands on his father’s money, and is he really going to move out of his current rented room.

Reason why: if he can get his father’s money before 30th, most probably he’ll be able to escape my next step of revenge on him. I need him not to be able to get the money before 30th.

If he is going to move, he may be running away and kelvin may not be able to chase after him. And there is the possibility he will ask u for your house…

So I’ll need help to get hold of these 2 information asap, at least until 30th March to ensure Ah Ji fail his 1st repayment, that’s where I thought of ah guan.

Ah Guan has just came back from Sarawak, so I asked him to meet up for lunch at 303 because I need his help to get these 2 information.

When I meet up with Ah Guan, I told him I need his help finding out firstly when Ah Ji will be able to get his hands on his father’s money, as William is a close friend of Ah Guan and Ah Ji will high likely promise William that he will return William some money he owed him with his Father’s money, so William is one of the best source of information regarding the father’s money.

Then next is how wrong it will be if Ah Ji is able to convince you to rent to him your house if you get it, as Ah Ji was the one who 1st stolen your salary and CPF money and frame me as the one who put your bank loan at risk using his lies

Once I explained everything, Ah guan has agreed to help as he also cannot accept what Ah Ji has done to us.

Even Ah Guan, who is Ah Ji’s 30 over years friend will choose to help me instead of that bastard. This simply says a lot about Ah Ji’s trustworthiness among even his oldest friends… not to mention Sharon, desheng etc who know him for more than 10 years

Sometimes I do pity him. He has built his life based on lies and delusions…

Ah guan also shared with me that his father was actually already on police wanted list for more than 3 years because of a fight in a coffeeshop. But because his registered address is fake, so he has escaped the police for years before he was arrested by a patrolling policeman on 1st March after he was flagged as wanted and arrested on the spot after they scan his IC on a random check.

Like father like son

Before we split, Ah Guan promised me that he will find out whatever he can from William and the rest of BB people and update me again. For now I can only trust Ah guan among all the BB people as he is the one who helped me find Sharon to understand the truth behind your mookata salary, and he will tell me things that BB act like they didn’t know in front of me

I can only wait for his news for now, and check on your 257 house to see if anyone moved in

It has been 2 weeks since I’ve ask Allan to request for a meet up with his lawyer friend, but till now not available cause he is currently busy with a company liquidation case.

Tried of waiting, I’ve decided to contact thelawyer I know through this upcoming project lawsuit case, and ask him what I can do to get additional compensation from that asshole should he fail to pay even a small sum of 800 to me by end of this month

Luckily this friend Daniel is a very humble guy and willing to hear my case. At 1st I didn’t want to ask him as he is the lawyer that my past customer has engaged for this project’s case, but anxious to start preparing for my next step I went ahead and gave him a call.

After I explained to him some of the details, including Ah Ji owe me 16k and has already acknowledged and signed on a repayment agreement of 800-1k per month for the 1st 3 months, I asked Daniel whether do I have the right to sue Ah Ji if he failed to make repayment as per agreement.

His reply to me is simply “Yes, you can sue him and seek for more compensation using interest in principle sum and cost of lawsuit. Under Singapore law once you got an agreement and he failed to pay up after signing on the agreement, it is already a breach of contract and you will be entitled to ask for additional compensation…”

Yes, Daniel’s words are one of the best music to my ears. If Ah ji fail to pay up, Kelvin will activate his guys to chase after Ah Ji and harass him, I’ll be able to put additional pressure on him by suing him.

The only condition I’m not able to meet, is that any claims under 20k will be referred to small claims tribunal, or SCT for short. It is a department that handles disputes and claims under 20k as it will not be cost efficient to go for trial with lawyers for claims under 20k.

It means, I have to sue him for additional compensation on top of the 16k he owes me in other to really take him to court. A debt of 16k is also not big enough to file a bankruptcy charge against him as most probably the court will just implement a installment repayment plan for him despite it is legally possible to file a bankruptcy charge in civil court as long as the debt is above 15k

Oh well, guess I have to search for a law firm whom is able to propose to me what I can sue him for the moment he missed his 1st repayment. At the moment I thinking of breach of contract, emotional and mental stress due to paying my legal loans. But i’ll see what can other professional lawyers propose to me.

I’ll make sure I’ll make this bastard pay for hurting us so much and breaking us up with his lies, greed and cowardice…

Don’t worrie my dear Em Yeu, you don’t have to do anything. You and the children just need to stay happy with Kenny as a family. Let me do all the dirty work so that this bastard cannot blame you or threaten you ever again…

All you need to do, is to stay happy… even without me by your side…
