Have You Gotten Your New House…?

When I reached WG at around 9am, Yong jie told me that he saw Ah Ji waiting for order at WG this morning, but left before I came. Yifa also saw him.

I went “WTF?!? He still got the face to show up here?!?” Yong Jie told me that Ah ji said to him that he need to work to clear his shop-now-pay-later debt.

But where did he go now? Did he run off because he knows I usually reach WG at this time? No one knows.

Finally I just told Yong Jie not to care. As long as he doesn’t show his liar face in front of me can already.

Saw your fat fat friend Thao (not sure whether I remember her name correctly) at IMM Mac today. Both of us are waiting for our orders. When I saw her, I felt damn nervous…

What should I do? Should I act friendly to her? Should I ignore her? Should I ask her how have you been? Should I ask her whether you gotten your house keys? Or should I ask her about her own issues with her husband who has been trying to kick her out of the house…?

All these questions race through my mind the whole time as we are waiting for our orders. I almost jumped out of my skin when she suddenly start talking to me instead

She simply smiled and ask me how long I’ve waited for my order and we just casually bitch about how slow the mac staff is. Then I asked her what is her order number so that I can help keep a lookout for her order as I saw she is on video call with an old lady, which I assume should be her mother.

Frankly speaking, I felt happy that she was friendly to me and talked to me 1st. She is one of your closest friend in Singapore. You even started working grab with her. If she can be friendly towards me, does this mean that whatever she heard from you about me, about us till date is not as bad as I thought?

Because if you have told her how much you hate me or how bad I have done to you, I don’t think she would even wanna talk to me… Could it be that you have thrown me away for my sake, and not because you hate me…?

Why does just talking to one of your friends makes me so happy…? Maybe the distance between us has felt too far for too long…

I have been researching on other debt recovery and lawsuits recently. Frankly speaking, the reason why I engaged kelvin, was not just to collect the money that asshole owe me.

Like I’ve explained earlier, I want that bastard to sign the repayment agreement was to have a legal document that he has acknowledged he has taken this sum of money to safeguard the parties involved in your mookata employment, namely you, Sharon, De sheng and Mookata boss in case that idiot tries to use reporting to the police to threaten us.

Other than protecting us, i don’t need him to pay me back, especially a pathetic amount of only $800. Come on, I am suffering and working day & night in order to pay off a monthly debt of 3k, why would I agree to let him pay only such a small sum of $800 per month for the 1st 3 months?

In fact, I DON’T want him to pay me back. I want him to default his repayment to me, before my revenge plan step 2 can start. Getting him to sign my repayment agreement is only step 1, to protect especially you. For my step 2 to start, I need him to fail in returning my repayment agreement.

Cause once he fail in repaying me, my next step is to sue him for 2 things – additional compensation to increase his debt towards me even more, and then file a bankruptcy charge against him. This is my revenge plan step 2.

My real target is his BTO flat actually. But even if I were to file a bankruptcy civil lawsuit against him and bankrupt him, under Singapore law his BTO flat will still be protected. But the moment I bankrupt him, he will be issued with a court order with mandatory repayment arrangement which will further add onto his pressure on top of paying for his BTO flat. Once he is unable to cope with the repayment, then he may lose his flat. Should he decide to do any illegal things to earn money, he’s dead cause I’ll have my eyes on him regardless I have to hire a PI to chase after him.

How many times has he used your mookata salary, bank loan or new house to threaten us? This time, I’ll take away his BTO flat instead.

If not, I’ll just make sure he will never have a piece of mind for as long as I can. This is the price I want him to pay for lying to us, setting us up to sow discord between us and hurting us.

Most probably by now he would have already told u that I’ve engaged a debt collector to chase after him, and feed you lies again on why am I doing this. Till now he thinks it’s just about money, cause he shamelessly don’t think what he did to us is wrong

Em Yeu, it is never about the money he owe or stolen from me. I’m going after him purely because he has set me up and frame me for what he did and hurt the woman I love so deeply…

If not for him, Ah long wouldn’t harass and made you go through that kind of humiliation.

If not for him, nobody will know about the video call or my divorce.

If not for him, I wouldn’t be framed as the liar and the scumbag whom has lied to you in front of you.

If not for him, you wouldn’t leave the BB house and move back to CCK

If not for him, your bank loan won’t be at risk cause of your late salary and I don’t have to take up a 3k monthly debt

If not for him, we wouldn’t have misunderstood each other and hurt each other so much…

When it’s 7.30pm, I sent my last order as I’m meeting Ah Hua and Tim at Bukit batok 155 mookata as agreed.

I’ll be treating them to dinner tonight, as I want to thank them for their help yesterday regarding your bike. Even though in the end it was a false alarm and misunderstanding, I’m really grateful for their help despite they have no idea what exactly happened between us.

If it has not been a false alarm, chances are they would have successfully helped me secure your bike before it falls into someone else’s hands. And I’ll be able to safekeep it till the day you want it back…

And in return, I also promised them to let them know the full story between us. They have tried their best to help me when they didn’t know anything, so I think I owe them our story.

So right after they ordered the 1st round of food, I started off our story with the video call, then my divorce with Elsa over Xmas, how I end up going to Dubai, how ah ji set up me and lied in front of you and ah long, and yet the next day tell me it was all an act to protect you and asked me to take legal loan for your CPF etc.

As I share with them each incident and conversation between me and ah ji on the lies he fed me to make me misunderstand you, their eyes simply grow bigger and bigger. They have not expected to hear so many lies Ah Ji has said, and see so many things that Ah Ji has done wrong to us. Both of them couldn’t help but feel sorry for me whom has done so much for the woman I love, but only to end up being misunderstood and hated…

Halfway through, mingyi and yifa also came and joined in the story as well. Especially for mingyi, whom was the witness to a lot of lies that Ah Ji has said. When I was finally done with the main story until the day Ah Long beat Ah Ji up cause he lied Ah Long had slapped you, Tim said:

“Wah bro, I really pity you sia. Ah Ji has stirred so much shit despite how much you helped him How were you able to take it until now?”

I was a bit surprised when he said that, and simply replied, “ Frankly speaking, I also want to know the answer to that myself. But now you understand why I say there is a huge misunderstanding between me and Duong, and the reason why I need to get her bike if she is really selling, so that I can protect it until the day Duong finally know the truth…”

They nodded, and start cursing Ah Ji together with mingyi and yifa for being such an ungrateful bastard whom has lied and done so much wrong to both of us.

Then yifa said that Ah ji has mentioned to him this morning at WG that Duong has gotten her new house.

Em Yeu! Have you gotten your bank loan and keys to your new house?!?

I was so happy when I heard that. But again, it comes from the liar, so it may not be true.

Then Tim offered to ask his property agent friend for help to log into HDB portal to check on the ownership of your house. So I gave Tim your new house address, unit no and your full name for his friend to check.

Oh damn, that was the greatest good news I have heard in months!! I am feeling so excited and happy for you, Em Yeu~

Even if I’m no longer someone you want in your life. Even if I no longer have the chance or right to stay by your side. As long as your new house and happiness is secured, nothing else matters to me anymore

So we split up for the night and Tim will update me again once his friend has helped me check whether this piece of news is real
