23/02 West Coast New Project

Other than my weekly M&E coordination meeting for my Gali Batu Bus Depot Project in the morning, the more exciting thing that happened today was my partner contractor from the Gombak Camp project brought me to take a look at one of their upcoming new project site

Em Yeu, remember 2 weeks ago where I told you they are interested in working together with me again for a landed in West Coast?

Here it is:

It looks beautiful huh? Itz a pity that we will be tearing down most of the existing finishes like ceiling, flooring etc

That is when our partner contractor offer me their budget – 700k for the whole project not including ID finishes

My work of scopes would be to bring in my own sub-cons and manage this project on their behalf

Although it sounds intimating to me as I have never handled such a big construction project on my own, my heart is still filled with excitement and anticipation
