28/11 My 1st ID Project
I almost couldn’t sleep much last night as I am feeling too excited & nervous at the same time.
Despite closing sales and securing contracts worth thousands or even millions in my last company, I can’t help but still feel excited now, as I make my way towards my client’s house at 35 Jalan Uji
Of course, once I reached my client’s place, I still kept my cool and explain each and every terms and conditions, as well as every single item on the contract which we’re going to arrange for the renovation of his house.
At the same time, the client said to me that he and his family is very happy with my service, and would gladly recommend me to help his daughter and relatives for their house renovation as well.
When I left the house, this is what I’ve brought away with me – a signed contract and a cheque for 10% deposit:
Yes!! I finally closed my 1st sales as an interior designer!
And my commission for this project will be around 5k at least after I complete this project which I estimate will take about 3 weeks. And this will help me a lot to clear some of my current outstanding credit card debts.
With a basic monthly salary of 3.5k from next month onwards from June’s company, as well as commission from working as an interior designer or any other projects as a project manager, it seems like finally my career and finances has taken 1 more step towards stability.
How much I wish I can call you right now and share with you my happiness… I can almost picture your sparkling eyes and adorable smile if I could tell you face to face…
Will you be feeling happy for me, Em Yeu…?
